Another poorly thought out player sale, Daniel Sturridge was mostly used out wide during his time with Chelsea, who were reluctant to give him a chance in his preferred central striker role. After being sold for just £12m, Liverpool have been the clear winners here, with the England international improving immensely since being given a chance upfront at Anfield. Meanwhile, Chelsea still have a shortage of quality upfront despite numerous changes there in the transfer market.
