The Tennessee Titans are set to pick second overall in the NFL Draft, and it is widely assumed that they will either select quarterback Marcus Mariota or defensive lineman Leonard Williams if they keep the pick.

However, speculation continues to surface that the Titans will trade down, as sources say that they have discussed doing so with three or four different teams.
This indicates that Mariota will be selected with the second pick, whether it’s by the Titans or a different team in need of a quarterback.
Titans general manager Ruston Webster said that there is nothing imminent, but that there have been conversations. He also said that he would prefer getting draft picks in return instead of players.
The teams interested in trading up include the Cleveland Browns, St. Louis Rams and New York Jets.
This would make perfect sense since all of those teams have questionable quarterback situations. While the Rams have Nick Foles, they may trade him away.
The Jets have grown impatient with Geno Smith, and the Browns have been even more fed up with Johnny Manziel even though he has only been in the NFL for one season.
