1) Thibaut Courtois – Aletico Madrid

On current form, perhaps only Bayern Munich stopper Manuel Neuer is better than Courtois in the world, and yet, he’s been owned by Chelsea since 2011 without ever kicking a ball for them. The Belgian is truly exceptional, and could be considered one of the all-time greats if he fulfils his massive potential. Chelsea will do well to keep hold of the player, who is now unhappy at continually being farmed out on loan.
