Selling Sturridge to Liverpool for just £13m seems like an appalling piece of business from the Blues. He’s now worth at least double that, and has scored ten Premier League goals from just ten starts this term. He’s being given a chance as a central striker, and with Chelsea’s current forward woes, it seems absurd they never have the 24-year-old a proper chance up top.
