Will Hughes – Derby County
The prodigal English midfielder has not already signed for Liverpool, Brendan Rodgers assured us in November, but has been scouted by the Reds on numerous occasions. Hughes is composed in possession, and can get forward and play intricate passes in the final third. With Liverpool’s injury crisis, he’d probably get first-team opportunities as early as this season should he arrive in January.
