8. Adel Taarabt: 136
It’s hard to believe that a player who hates to pass has been one of the most creative in the previous two Premier League seasons.
The egocentric Moroccan, now with Fulham, is the definition of a luxury player, a man on a solo mission to to prove that football can, in fact, be an individual sport. But what makes Taarabt so frustrating is that he clearly has immense talent and 136 chances created, whilst battling relegation (last season, unsuccessfully) with QPR, is not to be sniffed at.
