Jonny Evans – Manchester United
Evans is essentially United’s first-choice centre-back now, having played the full 90 in each of the last ten games, but rarely gets the plaudits some of his more esteemed teammates receive. England internationals Chris Smalling and Phil Jones vying for a spot alongside him, as well as experienced duo Nemanja Vidic and Rio Ferdinand. The Northern Irishman is a very good passer, but is equally as strong in the air.
