4. Cesc Fabregas – Chelsea

With more assists (7) and chances created (22) than any other midfielder, Arsene Wenger must really be kicking himself, though no more than Jose Mourinho would if he could. If Chelsea continue their dominance of the league and wrap the title up Fabregas will surely be the signing of the season.
