After Tottenham’s dismal 4-0 defeat to Liverpool in the Premier League on Sunday fans of the club had to laugh or they’d cry.

In current manager Tim Sherwood they have plenty to mock as well, as shown by the news a lift will go form the Directors’ Box (where Sherwood tends to sit) to the Players’ Tunnel at the Lane.

“The lift would be operated by pressing a button by the manager sitting in the Directors’ Box to obtain access to his pitchside seat in about forty-five seconds.

“In the current stadium, it takes a manager about three and a half minutes to exit the Directors’ Box and reach the pitch – plenty of time for one or more goals to be scored and the manager not being able to see them.”
