Although never having played a game for Chelsea this defender is on the books at Stamford Bridge and has won many admirers this summer for the way he has played for the Nigerians.
Up until Wednesday’s 3-2 defeat to Argentina they were the only nation still not to have conceded a goal and Omeruo has played a key part in that.
