Forwards
Daniel Sturridge, Liverpool – 7.62
With 18 goals in just 20 appearances this term there are few in European football in better scoring form than this talented striker.
Wayne Rooney, Manchester United – 7.61
In what has been a disappointing campaign for the Red Devils under David Moyes, Rooney has been a leading star and has 11 goals and 10 assists in 24 matches to prove it.
Peter Crouch, Stoke City – 7.27
If it was four years ago then this wouldn’t have seemed so mad – especially as the Potteries man has 22 international goals in 42 caps – but a lot has changed since then.
Jay Rodriguez, Southampton – 7.00
Someone who is on the cusp of making the cut although is not certain as yet, however with 12 league goals this term there is no reason to think Rodriguez wouldn’t be good enough.
