19) Leroy Fer – Norwich
The Canaries were hoping that summer signing Ricky Van Wolfswinkel would develop into their best player, but the Dutch striker has struggled to adapt to the Premier League. Fellow Dutchman Fer though has done well, and provides bite and steal in midfield.
