7. Frank Lampard
Clubs: West Ham, Chelsea.
There is nothing more Lampard can achieve at Chelsea having won every possible trophy at the club following the Blues Europa League triumph last season – not that it will stop the 35-year-old trying.
Also became the club’s top-scorer of all-time last year with a brace against Aston Villa, which is an incredible achievement for a midfielder and is by far and away the highest scoring non-striker in Premier League history with 164 strikes.
‘Super Frank’ as the Englishman is affectionately known has won the league title three times as a key figure in the Chelsea team, as well as having made a record 164 consecutive appearances for the club in the mid-2000s.
Lampard also has a Champions League medal, four FA Cups and was the 2005 Ballon D’Or runner-up.
