England stamped their dominance on Australia on day two of the third Test at Edgbaston, with Steven Finn bowling the hosts to the cusp of victory with figures of 5-45 on his return to the side.
Australia slumped to 168-7 in their second innings at stumps, leading England by only 23 runs. Alastair Cook’s side could have regained their series lead before lunchtime on Friday.
