The British rapper gives his opinions on United’s transfer policies.
When new manager David Moyes first enters the transfer market as newly appointed Manchester United manager there is only one man to consult – Tinchy Stryder of course.
The pint-size rapper is a United fan and is keen for the Scot to get his chequebook out and beat the likes of Real Madrid and Manchester City to the signature of Tottenham’s Gareth Bale.
After winning a record-breaking 20th English league title this season, Tinchy believes that in order for the Red Devils to progress further they need to sign the Spurs superstar.
“To be honest I think Ryan Giggs needs to have a word with his Welsh mate, Gareth Bale, and then it’s all good,” the rapper was quoted in the Manchester Evening News.
The British musician knows what it takes to impress the crowd at Old Trafford, having scored at the Theatre of Dreams during a United Relief game in 2010 and Tinchy was also present at the match when United wrapped up the title against Aston Villa in April.
Whether Moyes will listen to the famous fan is another matter as Madrid seem to be leading the race to land the 23-year-old winger, if the Welshman even chooses to leave the north London club that is.
The winner of the PFA Player of the Year award continued to dazzle fans and pundits alike this campaign, scoring 21 Premier League goals as Spurs just missed out on Champions League football by one point to rivals Arsenal.
