8. Zach Randolph – Memphis Grizzlies
Zach Randolph from the Grizzlies deserves to be higher in the list, but the thing that keeps him from heading north is the slightly lacking athleticism when compared to others in the top 10.
What Randolph does well, he does very well.
Making up for his lack of vertical game or speed off the mark, he more than makes up for with his touch around the hoop and his ability to hit over both shoulders or falling away.
His work during the Grizzlies 2011 playoff run was outstanding, where he averaged 22.2 points, 10.8 rebounds and 2.4 assists a game to be one of the main reason why Memphis announced itself in the West.
However, with the Grizzlies new era beginning post-Lionel Hollins, it will be interesting to see if Randolph can help his side to a playoff run against the now very deep Western conference.
