Courtesy of UEFA, here’s the ten players that have covered the most ground in the Champions League so far this season, as the teams are gearing up for the round of 16.
10) Arturo Vidal – Juventus – 68219 metres
The Chilean superstar will not play any more Champions League football this term, after his side surprisingly failed to qualify from their group behind Real Madrid and Galatasaray. Vidal certainly wasn’t to blame though, as he scored five times in six matches.
9) Henrikh Mkhitaryan – Borussia Dortmund – 68556 metres
The Armenian attacking midfielder was a target for Liverpool last summer, and scored against Arsenal at the Emirates back in 2013.
