Athletic Bilbao winger Ibai Gomez has proven something of a super-sub this season.
He has managed only two goals in his six starts, but has scored six times in his 12 substitute appearances despite being afforded fewer minutes to make a mark.
Perhaps it is the chance to run at exhausted opponents in the latter stages of matches that is proving effective for Athletic Bilbao, but if the 24 year-old is to progress he will have to prove he is worthy of a starting place sooner rather than later.
