The ex-Newcastle midfielder is looking to return to England after failing to make the grade during his 18 months at PSG, who are well stocked with high-quality midfield options.
The Magpies apparently want to offer him a return to St James’ Park, but it seems that Crystal Palace, where Cabaye would reunite with former Newcastle boss Alan Pardew, is a more likely destination.
