7. Julio Cesar (Queens Park Rangers)
Linked with a move to: Sunderland – Daily Mail
Julio Cesar has wanted to leave Queens Park Rangers all season, with QPR only too keen to let him leave too – at the very least to get him off the wage bill.
The Brazilian has a World Cup to think about in his home country next summer, and if he is to retain his place in Luiz Felipe Scolari’s starting XI, he must earn a first team place somewhere.
Sunderland custodian Vito Mannone has been solid at the back for the Black Cats, but if Gus Poyet wants to buy an upgrade he could do worse than Cesar.
