It is fair to say that Swansea City are having a rather difficult second season under Michael Laudrup, with the south Wales side just two points clear of the relegation zone despite sitting 12th in the Premier League table.
Swansea’s problems are largely in defence – they have conceded the sixth most goals in the top flight – but while they have created the eighth most chances in the division, their conversion rate of just 8% of their chances is poor.
Perhaps with the imminent return of the injured Michu to the side, the Swans can begin to climb the table to a safer position.
