10. Marcus Lattimore, RB (SF) – Lattimore is still recovering from a catastrophic knee injury he suffered in 2012, which caused him to drop from a potential first round pick to a fourth-round pick in the 2013 draft, and has not seen an NFL playing field yet. Lattimore showed incredible skill as a RB in college, but his dream of an NFL career anything close to what he was able to do in South Carolina may be dependent on his ability to finish his injury recovery and see the field for the first time in 2014.
9. Jake Locker, QB (TEN) – In three seasons since being drafted 8th overall by the Titans, Locker has started only 18 games. The Titans almost need Locker to prove that he can carry the team without suffering another season ending injury – if not, he will likely be gone at the end of the season.
8. Mike Williams, WR (BUF) – The former Bucs WR suffered a season ending injury in 2013 which resulted in his trade to the Buffalo Bills. But Williams is still recovering from his hamstring injury and has only slowly been working his way into the Bills starting lineup. If he does not return to form, he may not even be one of the starting receivers on the team.
