3) Pedro Rodriguez (Barcelona)
Perhaps the most under-rated player on the books at Barcelona, Spanish winger Pedro Rodriguez may be allowed to leave the Nou Camp this summer for the right price.
Arsenal and Manchester United are said to be the main clubs interested in the 26-year-old, who has shown himself to be a reliable figure for both goals and assists in his time with Barca.
As well as his great numbers, Pedro is a big-game player, scoring the opener in the Champions League final win over United in 2011, as well as a brace in their Copa del Rey final game against Athletic Bilbao a year later.
In a team full of creative players, Arsenal could certainly benefit from Pedro’s off-the-ball movement, work-rate and finishing ability to give them something a little different in attack.
