8.Kieran Foran – Manly Sea Eagles
$650,000 until 2015
Despite making his debut just four seasons ago, Kieran Foran has burst onto the international rugby league scene and has quickly become not just a player to watch for the future, but a genuine superstar now.
As such his wage with the Manly Sea Eagles has quickly reflected that and has quickly dwarfed fellow young star Daly Cherry-Evans.
Already having played for the Sea Eagles 106 times and has represented New Zealand 15 times and was named as the Kiwis player of the year.
Possessed with great vision, a pin-point accurate kicking game and the ability to defend well when needed, Foran has the skills to ensure he will be one of the highest paid players in the NRL for much of the rest of his career.
