5. Chandler Parsons – Houston Rockets
While he is only in his third season with the Houston Rockets, it says something about the former Florida star’s potential which has been backed up by his numbers.
Parsons has picked up his numbers across the board from his rookie season with his points a game rising six, assists 1.4, free-throw percentage up from a lowly 55 per cent to 73, his three-point percentage to 38 and the 6’9″ forward hitting 48 per cent from the field.
All of which points towards Parsons being a solid contributor both ends of the floor which will be vital for a Houston side that is building well towards being a powerhouse in the West for many years to come as he continues to expand his repertoire of jump shots, dunks, floaters, pump fakes and pull-ups.
