9) Luke Shaw – Southampton – 6.95 rating
Wonderkid left-back Luke Shaw comes in next, proving that Southampton really do have a knack of producing uber talented English fullbacks. Shaw is not 19 until next July, but has still appeared in 18 Premier League matches this term. He is extremely composed in possession, and nearly always plays the right pass.
