Despite having had a brilliant previous year with Real Madrid – in which the club won the Champions League and Copa del Rey – Di Maria is still being linked with a move away from the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu.
The player himself has admitted his future is uncertain and Arsene Wenger may well be tempted to make an offer for the South American.
