11. Tottenham Hotspur (£520m)
Tottenham Hotspur have had a real resurgence in the last decade.
The north London outfit were perennial mid-table finishers in the Premier League, but have emerged from rivals Arsenal’s shadow to become real contenders to finish in the UEFA Champions League qualification spots – and even challenge for the title.
The sale of Gareth Bale has allowed them to buy some potentially world class talent, and once the team gels together and a new stadium is built, Spurs could become a real European force.
