Untouchable in the first half of the campaign, the majestic midfielder provided more assists, made more successful passes and had more touches than anybody else in the division.
7. Harry Kane (Tottenham Hotspur)
Undoubtedly the find of the season and unfortunate to not rank higher after bagging 31 goals for Spurs and another minutes into his England debut. The PFA Young Player of the Year almost single-handedly dragged his side to fifth place.
