Any QB who starts all 16 games – Between Blake Bortles, Johnny Manziel, Teddy Bridgewater, even Tom Savage and Derek Carr there is plenty of talent at QB that could lead their teams to great heights. The problem is, unlike the last few years, there is no QB that has been given a starting job yet. As it stands, the top 3 QBs in the draft are slated to ride the bench while the later round QBs are stuck behind stop-gap solutions at QB. If any one of these QBs manages to win the starting job before the regular season starts, he would become an immediate contender for Offensive Rookie of the Year.
