3. Giants RB Andre Williams – Despite being a 4th round draft pick and the 10th RB taken in the draft, there may not be a RB in a better chance to start and succeed as a rookie than Andre Williams. After leading the NCAA in rushing in 2013, Williams joined the New York Giants and has a chance to compete for the starting job against Reshad Jennings – not exactly an impossible task for a talented back like Williams. Even in spot duty, Williams has the kind of big-play, elusive running ability reminiscent of retired RB David Wilson that could make him an instant star.
