2. Bills WR Sammy Watkins – As the biggest playmaking WR taken in the 2014 NFL draft, Watkins has all the tools to be an elite playmaking receiver similar to A.J. Green. He has 4.39 speed, some of the best hands of any rookie prospect in the last three years, and excellent route-running ability. The only thing that is really holding Watkins back is the QB: Bills QB E.J. Manuel is still getting his feet under him after an up-and-down rookie season, and if he has not fully developed by the regular season, Watkins (and his chances at winning Rookie of the Year) may be a victim of Manuel’s growing pains.
