1. David Shaw (HC, Stanford) – The ultimate and perhaps most perfect choice for the Oakland Raiders. Stanford head coach David Shaw, a QB mastermind who helped develop QB Andrew Luck as OC but also has a history with the Raiders. Shaw spent 4 years in Oakland, helping the team to two consecutive division titles and developing Rich Gannon into a 3-time Pro Bowler and NFL MVP candidate when he left after 2001. Shaw’s history with Oakland makes him the perfect candidate both as a throwback to their better years and also as a QB guru who can develop one of the several bright, young QBs that the Raiders have (or may even draft).
