4. Tom Coughlin, New York Giants (90-70) – There are only 2 active coaches in the NFL that have retained their jobs after missing the playoffs for three straight years – but not even 2 Superbowl wins would be able to save Tom Coughlin from becoming the third. Coughlin led the Giants to the Superbowl in 2007 and then again in 2011, but outside of those years the Giants have started seasons frustratingly slow, only to be eliminated from the playoffs in four of the last 5 years. QB Eli Manning and WR Victor Cruz are the lone bright spots on offense, as is DE Jason Pierre-Paul on defense, but if the Giants miss the playoffs again – or worse, begin the season with a losing record as they did in 2013 – Coughlin may not last the season, let alone be fired at the end of it.
