Top 5 QBs that failed to impress in the preseason

Cam Newton, Panthers – Newton’s presence on this list is more or less because of his lack of playing time after recovering from ankle surgery.  After suffering yet another injury at the hands of the Patriots last week, Newton will miss a chance to work with the first-team offense in the final preseason game to get much-needed work in with the offense.  He has not appeared fully recovered with his feet so missing even more time has done a serious disservice to the Panthers.
