Top 5 QBs that failed to impress in the preseason

Johnny Manziel, Browns – All of the media pressure in the world could not force Browns head coach Mike Pettine to look past Manziel’s obvious character concerns and loose playing style to give him the starting job. Manziel lost his chance to be named the team’s opening day starter after the team named Brian Hoyer the starting QB last week. Now he will be forced to ride the bench.  But at no time during the preseason or even the offseason months before that did Manziel carry himself like a leader.  Between his arrogant comments about partying and flipping off players against Washington, Manziel shot himself in the foot and let all of his good play in the preseason go to waste.
