Top 5 QBs that failed to impress in the preseason

EJ Manuel, Bills – The Bills have high expectations for the team this year: a top 10 defense with 3 Pro Bowl linemen, an amazing receiving corps and a strong running game. But Manuel, who started 10 games for the Bills in 2013, has played terribly in the preseason and looks almost exactly the same as he did during the worst parts of his rookie season.  Manuel is expected to lead the Bills to a great season and many are predicting a playoff run, but if he is not up to the task, all of the dreams could come crumbling down.
