2. Shaun Hill, Rams – Perhaps the best option for the Rams is already on the team. Shaun Hill is a career backup who has not started a game since 2010, but has fairly good accuracy for his career – 61.9%. He did not throw a pass for the Lions in 2013, but had an impressive late-game performance in a loss against the Titans in 2012, going 10 of 13 for 172 yards and 2 TDs. He has 41 career TDs compared to only 23 INTs and since he is already the team’s backup, may be as good a QB as anyone currently available for the Rams to start in the regular season.
