5. Tom Savage, Texans – The Texans jettisoned former Pro Bowl QB Matt Schaub after he struggled for most of 2013. Before drafting Savage in the 4th round, the Texans signed journeyman QB Ryan Fitzpatrick, who started 9 games for the Titans last year. Fitzpatrick was immediately named the starter and despite his struggles in the preseason, the team has not wavered on the decision. Despite his own preseason struggles, Savage offers the most upside out of any of the Texans’ QBs, and when Fitzpatrick struggles (76 INTs thrown in his last 66 games) he will the QB the team turns to to try and save their season.
