4. Derek Carr, Raiders – The Raiders took the big arm QB from Fresno State with the 36th pick in the 2014 Draft but made former Texans QB Matt Schaub the starter. While Schaub certainly has experience, his poor play in 2013 and injury history make even his short-term viability as the Raiders’ QB a big question mark. Carr has had his ups and downs in camp but has the most potential out of any Raiders QB. He could easily start half of the games for the Raiders in 2014.
