2. Blake Bortles, Jaguars – Despite being drafted 3rd overall in 2014, the Jaguars named QB Chad Henne as their QB. While Henne has had some success as a QB, the possibility does exist that Bortles could overtake him for the starting job by the end of the preseason. As one of the top QB prospects in the 2014 draft, Bortles was seen as arguably the most complete product among the rookie QBs and might be ready to take the team for the entire season if he continues to play well in the preseason.
