1. Johnny Manziel, Browns – The most exciting and controversial QB drafted in 2014, Johnny Manziel, aka Johnny Football, offers the Browns big plays with his incredible arm and top-flight scrambling ability with his legs. The decision between Manziel and Browns incumbent Brian Hoyer is slated for this coming week, but out of all the rookie QBs in 2014, Manziel makes the most sense and will likely have the highest immediate rewards: game-changing play, can bring fans to the stadium, and brings a winning mentality that the team needs with a new front office and coaching staff.
Even if he is not ultimately named the starter, the slightest struggle by Hoyer – which he will likely face – will eventually put Manziel in the game, and in the end he will probably start more games than any other rookie QB in 2014.
