3. Nick Malceski (Sydney Swans)
Malceski and the Swans have put off contract talks since July 22, and as things stand it seems the 29-year-old won’t be in Sydney next season.
Players at premiership-contending clubs generally will either re-sign or retire, but Malceski still has plenty to offer at AFL level.
There have been rumours of Victorian and Western Australian clubs sniffing around, and it very well could be the case that the defender heads off to either state.
It’s too early to make a definitive call, but it looks like he will be moving on.
