2) Thibaut Courtois (Chelsea)
After three seasons on loan with Real Madrid’s local rivals and Champions League final opponents Atletico Madrid, Thibaut Courtois could now be a realistic target this summer as he faces an uncertain future upon returning to parent club Chelsea. The Belgian youngster has never made an appearance for the Stamford Bridge side, but may now be in contention to become their first choice next season. Still, with competition from the long-serving Petr Cech, it will be no easy task for Courtois to get into the starting lineup, and rumours persist that he could now leave on a permanent transfer, with Real Madrid among those monitoring his situation. There is no doubt that this is a player with world class potential, and he could make a great number one for Los Blancos for many years to come.
