Ilkay Gundogan is believed to have turned down an £8m-a-year offer to join French champions Paris Saint-Germain.
The Germany international midfielder only has one year left on his contract at Borussia Dortmund and has been heavily linked with Manchester United and Arsenal.
But he has recently reversed his stance on his future after discussions with new Dortmund manager Thomas Tuchel, and hinted that he could sign an extension with the Bundesliga giants.

And he now looks even more likely to stay with the club after rejecting an approach from PSG, which German newspaper Bild understands would have tripled his salary.
Gundogan was a key figure as Dortmund reached the Champions League final in 2012-13, but has only made 23 Bundesliga starts over the past two seasons due to a serious injury and dip in form.
