6. Arsene Wenger
Jose Mourinho and Arsene Wenger got along quite well until the Portuguese manager labelled his French colleague a voyeur in October 2005.
“I think he is one of these people who is a voyeur,” said Mourinho, who was in charge of Chelsea at the time, to the BBC.
“He likes to watch other people.
“There are some guys who, when they are at home, have a big telescope to see what happens in other families. He speaks, speaks, speaks about Chelsea.
“I don’t know if he wants my job. He loves Chelsea.”
Arsene Wenger was unimpressed, and made a disparaging comment on Mourinho’s intelligence.
“When you give success to stupid people, it makes them more stupid sometimes,” said the Arsenal manager in response.
Ouch.
