Spurs agree deal to take Dinamo Zagreb pair Alen Halilovic and Tin Jedvaj to White Hart Lane.
Tottenham have agreed a €20m (£17.2m) double deal to sign Dinamo Zagreb duo Alen Halilovic and Tin Jedvaj, according to Croatian source Sportske novosti.
Dinamo’s president Mirko Barisic has confirmed that the deal is “all agreed” but declined to name a club, with other reports suggesting it is Spurs.
Both players will move when they turn 18, with Jedvaj arriving in north London in January and Halilovic moving next summer.
Attacking midfielder Halilovic has been compared to former Spurs midfielder Luka Modric, and the 17-year-old is widely regarded as the most promising youngster in Croatia.
The playmaker has already earned a senior cap for his country and scored twice in 18 appearances for Dinamo last season, including making two appearances in the club’s Champions League campaign.
Towering centre-half Jedjav is also just 17 but like Halilovic broke into Dinamo’s first team last season and went on to make 13 appearances, scoring once.
