Spurs to pay €12m up front, with a further three installments until 2016.
Tottenham look set to announce the signing of Roberto Soldado on Thursday after finally agreeing a deal with Valencia for the striker.
According to various sources, Spurs will pay around €30m for the 28-year-old.
Fran Guaita, a journalist for Valencia-based radio station Cadena Ser, revealed the North London outfit will pay €12m up front and €6m annually for the next three years.

Spain international Soldado is expected to sign a four-year contract at White Hart Lane.
