Free agent Ciprian Marica could sign for Tottenham in the next 48 hours according to the striker’s agent Ioan Becali.
Marica is unattached after leaving Schalke at the end of last season and Becali previously claimed the 27-year-old Romania international was ‘close’ to joining Arsenal.
Spurs are reportedly considering terminating the contract of Emmanuel Adebayor after the Togolese refused to leave the club this summer.
