Ambulance staff Anthony Archer and Daniel Ahmed both support Spurs but sustained injuries of their own after being pelted by missiles from the away end.
Walcott was bombarded by coins and other missiles after antagonising Spurs fans as he was carried off the pitch in the Gunners’ 2-0 FA Cup third round win over their rivals.
Ahmed wrote: “Little does he (Walcott) know he has a Leeds fan and TWO Spurs fans protecting him. We truly are professionals.”
He added: “We were being Pelted by coins!!! It hurts!!”
Archer replied: “Can’t believe our own fans!! Dan gets concussion and I end up with a dodgy knee! Cheers Theo!”
Walcott has been told he will not face FA action over the scoreline gesture but the winger has been ruled out for the rest of the season and will miss the World Cup after suffering a torn cruciate ligament in his left knee.
